How do you guys feel about poaching?

Is there a difference doing the above compared to say sending your company details and a covering letter to, letting agents, LA's,housing associations, landscapers,construction firms, ground works, tarmacing firms, architects, consultants, schools, etc etc etc.

 

They all probably have some other tree firm on there books, isnt that also poaching?

 

I think Im missing something in how low it all is.

I saw the letter myself about two weeks ago there ain't any speculation about its contents.
