Hardwood Prices at Roadside

Hi

 

I’ am managing a 200 acre private estate and need some help with pricing hardwood

 

I need some rough roadside prices for;-

 

Ash from 7” – 16” diameter per m3

 

Beech at the same size per m3

 

Oak at the same size per m3

 

Mixed cordwood 7” and below per m3

 

Sorry guys everything I am going to be cutting is sold

Sorry to confuse everyone, timber is still standing and iam working out a deal with a chap over the road with a processor, he has said he will buy everything i can cut and wants 300 ton this year, so i need to work out a price per m3.

 

£35 - 40 per ton is what i have found searching through the forums

If he says he will but everything you can cut charge him £100 per ton:001_tt2:

it's all worth between £20 per cubic metre to £25 per cubic metre
