mines been a pain in the arse, never seems to run or idle right, replaced it with a new 346xpg, but will try and get it going somewhat as a back up saw.

i never liked my 254 i bought one years ago after someone stole my favorite 266, i just recently gave my 254 away to a mate it was a happy day for me :biggrin:

I sold mine about a month ago, still not sure if i did the right thing but it wasnt getting the use, fantastic amount of power and really aggressive when cutting
