Hello one & all

Just an introduction to the forum really,Ive been watching this forum/CLUB for aound three months and thought about time to join in.

Im one of those people that burns plenty of firewood indoors (two multifuel burners) and so became very intrested in what I was burning.

I have a small holding and been making a small business from selling logs over the last 2 years suppling two local farm shops with nets and through them and word of mouth I supply bulk bags and tipped trailer loads.

Im looking to expand this year with more investment in equipment and local advertising but will look forward to your views and opinions & comments befor I part with any hard earned cash.

There is no doubt that the log game requires plenty of forward thinking and bloody hard graft but I have to say Im still as passionate about it now as I was 2 years back, I dont have any arboriculture qualifications etc so I dont move in circles where I can pick anyones brains or gain advice so its been a case of common sense and making a mistake here and there.

This forum has been a breath of fresh air for me and helped me big time so thanks to everyone whose contributed to the site and I hope to meet one or two of you along the way,
