vintage chainsaws

I have a Pioneer P12 top handle, runs well but need a new brake band and handle.

 

Anyone got bits kicking about?

Good grief!!! I thought I needed help when my collection reached 92 saws! Tis now a much more lowly number of around 15!

 

Not many left now; the oldest is the Contra Lightening but my fave is the Dolmar 133 which is spotless.

 

I guess I have a few one might consider old .This is Mac 125 wearing a 36" bar.

 

Wow, forgot about this quality ol' thread...

 

Watch this space: old habits die hard and I look at those pics of classic saws I had - and only one thought - should still have! So I'm taking action... and I'm pretty chuffed about it... like I said... something's coming!...

It's in transit! When it lands at my door I think I'll collapse in relief and shock!... My only worry is that UK gasoline will wreck it...
