HI ALL GO steady out there on thursday 9.30am i fell on ice i thought i brock my neck ive seen the docs they said its bad whip lash it will take time to heal im on nurofen tablets owell it could have been worst all the best jon happy xmas

i did the same myself thursday night, went straight down, landed on my coccyx. my back seems to be ok, but as i went down i grabbed the side of the pick up and wrenched my shoulder out, thats a bit painful/weak and im just glad i dont have to climb for a couple weeks

i have yet to go over backwards but have been over fowards combo off ice and undone laces and have 2 holes in my hand
