Brazilian Cocktail but I got intro'd to in Madagascar where they serve it up as unrefined brown sugar in rum with Limes and it's flippin lush! Pronounced "Kie (as in pie) pi (as in piddle) ree-na. With the course brown sugar and slightly darker rum I think it balances the limes better and has a much better colour - not that light green yuck!
