All attached with bolts. Can take the whole lot off in 5 mins.

 

Bulkhead board is ply, again attached with bolts, washers and wing nuts for quick takedown.

 

Got sick of wasting money on ply greedy boards that look tatty after a few months.

Can you slip it off when full to use the 3 way tipper?

I find the 3 way handy on mine when tipping in tight driveways and gateways.

 

And where can you get allie boards like that from? I know what you mean about ply, i'm sure mines going to crack one day and spill chip all over the carriageway.

Some interesting vehicles (Log Shed) I was told by the HSE that fuel and chainsaw have to be in a seperate area from people incase of fumes. Is that correct?

 

Only if the HSE are looking at your van.

We got breathers on the back of our trucks. We used to get great blasts of fumes during the summer but now its relatively clear. The only issue with the breathers is it freezes the back up and if it raining like mad it can trickle down onto the powertools.
