Which spikes

hi everyone just wondering what spikes everyone recommends. been used to ali bashlins but considering the gecko ali or carbonfibre ones your views would be much appreciated!

If your not in your Spikes alot,then Steel offered the best Value and Velcro pads the best comfort.

 

However if your Spiking daily,then somthing with a little less weight like Alloy or Titainium with the Velcro wrap around pads would me my choice.

I'd recommend Gecko Aluminium with velcro top. The carbon spikes are much more expensive, more sensitive to damage (if you walk on hard surfaces, you'll damage the carbon fibres), and there is very little weight difference.

 

I can wear Gecko all day without problems, they feel like they are glued to my legs.

thanks every1. had heard the all fibre geckos were prone to damage on the heelplate so think i will just stick to the ali bashlins cheers
