Zermat boots or Meindle airstreams ??

i was just ordering a pair of Airstreams on the tree worker site and for some reason they are charging VAT , i thought that chainsaw boots were VAT exempt ??? im VAT registered so not reall bothered but curious as to why they are charging vat ???? anyone know ???

 

i have some of them red kermat cloggs :thumbdown:, never again, hail to the hiax :thumbup1:

i bought mine a few weeks ago from treeworker and too thought that i would be charged VAT from the online bit. I rung them up and when ordering over the phone was not charged vat. With delivery i paid 188.50:thumbup:

the problem i have with Haix boots is that out of the last 3 pairs i have bought they have all fallen apart , Dangerous bri has got the same problem with his an yet when i speak to Workwear they have the cheek to tell me that this really is un common and they really do not have many pairs returned , and have even been told that the numbers returned are in single figures !!!!! WTF ????
