For every force there is an equal and opposite force.

 

In other words, if you use the push side of the chainsaw or the pull side of the chainsaw the basket will be spinning about like a cat on speed. Try to push into the hedge with trimmer, the baskets spins........nightmare..........but I'm sure you already found that out :biggrin:

when hedge cutting the secret was to just go with it, as lond as you werent cutting in to deep at a time it was ok, or just do very fast short movements, but yes it was decided that 1 lad holding the basket was a lot better

it moves about a hell of a lot, that was the only problem hanging out the back, we opted for it over the body and the other lad held it in place, and most of the stuff fell into the back of the truck

 

would it not of been better to have a few guy ropes to all corners of wagon then he could of been cleaning up instead of holding in place

Good use of available equipment and a lot better than fannying about up steps or scaffold. Nice work. :001_smile:
