General Tree pics

Thinned/deadwooded this elm this morning,was done by smoko,went to retrive ropeguide then it got stuck so how to climb up again to get it,35m rope was just long enough,

last pic was the rest of the job same spec just oaks n ashes nice climbing to,across the road is hagley park.

big tree adam bad luck on the extra climb made a school boy error myself the day come out of the tree pulled the rope out looked up and forgot about the rigging pulley so back up a went ha sods law

cheers mate,yeah nice to climb and elm that size not everyday you get to do one,did a nice camperdown elm to that day at the same place(school),that was the 3rd time i had to go back up cos i had to help lower stuff for the other climber cos the groundy is a newbie

Definetly ganoderma but cant be any more specific. was a rushed job just to take it back to a standing stem due to it being leaning towards the house in the picture. When the stem gets taken down i will be sure to get some more pics. All the oaks seem to be falling over at the moment.That stem fell out on another perfect sunshine day.
