couple from yesterday,cedar removal,was over a busy road bit stressful waiting for pedestrians and traffic,but was a good day.only got a couple then the batterys went flat on the camera,so no action shots or lifting the logs out with the crane truck.also lots of hot chicks walking past was a bit of a distraction

Interesting pedestrian management there, is the coned passageway for the pedestrians or a safety zone for your guys? Over here I just tape off the pavement together with a pavement-closed sign (no arrow directing them in any direction) Its up to them then, and no liability on me!

 

I concur with the hot chicks.....all women love arbs! :001_tt1:

Really? When I worked for an LA, when we needed to close a pavement it was two sets of barriers, (not cones), to create a temporary footpath in the road. No full pavement closures under any circumstances.

I did that once, and highways guy came, stopped the job and gave me a right bollocking and said "whats a blind person supposed to do?"
