Thats a U900 with a 10" farmi on it. thats the 'wee mog', the 'big mog' (see what we did there) is a 1600 with crane mounted over the rear axel into a bucket on the front. the trailer has an 8" TP chipper on it. as you can see the trailer is old.

We cleared the banking of the knackered old trees and re planted after grinding. oh and yes it was just opposite Meddowbank (between london and lower london roads).

I'm sure we were paid well for it, as long as my cheque gets paid i'm happy.

Pictures from today's Job. Removal of Oak tree, Horse chestnut, Sycamore and a few more. The oak could not be felled because it would have caused damage to a number of other trees. The oak was very tall the 45m rope we installed with the big shot just hovered above the ground. I worked only on the oak while the three others dismantled and felled a number of other trees as well as operating the lowering kit. Not back till Friday to finish it off. We plan to take it down to the fork then fell it onto a bed of timber. Unfortunately they are not into monoliths.

1. The trunk. 2.Dead eye Matt considers the effect the wind will have on his shot. 3. Me after a monster footlock. 5 and 6. The end of the day.
