Thanks for replies I can see others have these problems too.

 

I have gone for the whole hog and fixed these muff for good .

I went for No More Nails and put a good does of it in before doing up the bolt then on the outside i have put gaffa tape so the bolt cannot unscrew and has no were to run if it were to com off .

 

I have now put extra padding in the front part of the cradle I used cut up carry matt and covered it with gaffa tape so the helmet does not slip anymore

for the gogles not sure what I am going to replace it with as the standard visors do let the bits in and I dont enjoy the grill across my face all the time .

 

I will let you know how it goes with my tender loving care and very strong cement.

That helmet looks good but you can't fit any ears to it as far as I know.:001_smile:

 

Didn't realise that mate. Guess its an alternative to the Altios isn't it? Have to use plugs.

Well spotted Bolt, I didn't see that might be to do with 6 empty beers next to me.:blushing:

 

I've got Petzl coming to see me on Wednesday I'll see if I can find out if they are going to be coming into the country and let you know.:001_smile:
