Empty your mind of unnecessary clutter. Move methodically and ensure you are positioned correctly, secondary in place etc. Be really sure of the terms that will be used. It might be helpful to run through what you are about to do in your mind first, like a little movie in your head.

Be really sure to do exactly what your supposed to do and not show off. Finally, use the force. good luck chap.

Have your chain a tad tighter than you normally would, or apply your chainbrake before your remove the bar from the cut, (you can't have the chain moving as you remove the saw from the kerf). Try and relax, get a comfortable work position and LOOK at the cuts as your doing them.

You've got plenty of time so just take it easy mate - good luck!

Dont rush your cuts, take your time. Run through your cuts with the saw switched off before you start to check your in the best position.

Same advice as everyone else really, DONT rush or panic, go threw the cuts in your head before you carry them out (that helped me alot), Relax and youll be fine.

Good luck mate

stop think relax

look use your eyes when cutting

when you get to a point that you think 'just a little moor' you are probably deep enough.

Listen to what the examiner as asked you to do inboard/outboard etc. position yourself and try the cut with the saw off. if its not right change till it is. Relax, enjoy the day, good luck!
