we once had a milk tanker collecting milk from the farm and the driver put the tanker to blow by mistake, 13,500ltrs later he had finished reading the paper in the cab and his wagon was empty and the road and ditch was full of creamy goodness.... that was entertaining..... until the weather turned warm!!

and the milk went into the river source caused eutrophication and starve the water of oxygen and kill the water animals.

 

was the tanker company sued?

no milk made it to fresh water, the tanker company and the environment agency guys were very quick and very good to be fair, the driver was sacked and the company had to stand all costs but it was a hell of a mess.

this year due to issues in the gulf stream we are predicted to experience the coldest winter for 1000years, you have been warned!

 

Stock up, on everything!

 

 

So where did you find that out? Haven't stuck my heating on yet! Will I have too? Just using the stove to heat the house.

How deep was it? Was it past ur eyes?

not so much deep, but everywhere.... i remember turning into the farm drive and being met with a white river.... not good .

 

The companies were very good but with milk being so hazardous in the natural world it cant really be any other way.
