Does anyone know what sort of unladen weight these japanese trucks are with a tipper conversion?

 

Just interested what sort of payload they have after a couple of blokes, kit, saws, fuel etc are loaded up.

i had helper springs on my old l200, can't remember what make they were though. the pick up back is about 8 or 9 years old in this picture.

Hi otter, I have same truck as you. Am looking into doing tipper conversion. Would you mind explaining how you made body, what metal was used etc. and where you bought ram and pump etc. a couple close up photos would be well helpfull. Cheers mate. Will.

does anyone know if you can get spring asisters for vehiles with leaf springs? my ranger tipper could do with some when fully loades and towing the chipper

 

there is an air pack spring assister which will give up consistent ride height

Can anyone recommend anybody who makes tipper bodies for pickup's. Has to be in North of England. Have searched web and found a few , but would like a recommendation
