had one many moons ago if it has the rotavator part with it then get it cracking rotavator. as for the chipper it does discharge on ground. has a chute for brash and sticks in top but be wary when pushing in top as i found out to my cost pushing in with a large bit of wood my hand went in took top of thumb nearly off.

and was not quick if you want it for a profesianal machine then look for a proper chipper. the BCS are for the hobby boys

Without being too rude quiet possilble the worst perfroming machine ive ever used.

Have to agree, hired one and it took more time than loading brash onto trailer and taking to tip in 4 or 5 trips. Skips where 6 miles from job. Absolute pants of a machine:thumbdown:

If you cant afford the greenmech - the best old/cheap/small gravity fed chipper I ever used was the entec (now TW) treebusta. It was brilliant - I used it for 18 months and it never let me down. I believe the flywheel and bearings are the same as in the bigger machines.

BUT at that size of input the bearings lasted fine.

If you can find one they go for about £1k .

If you want to be professional - avoid the camon (I had a new 150 as my first machine - and couldn't believe how much better the 4 year old treebusta was when I upgraded).

Had one of these for a couple of years now and suits its purpose for my plot although I do agree with most of the comments.

Pulled her out yesterday to fire up after 7 months laying dormant couldn't start as pull start appears to be locked and wont shift!

Any suggestions guys?
