Buy some flat bar, grind an edge on them, grind/oxy off the old knives, weld on the new.:thumbup1:

 

Works well, costs nothing.

 

Since when did buying something cost nothing?? you plonker.:001_tt2::lol:

tommer i would certainly give the guys at inn steel a go , im sure if you gave then the feed roler and asked them to replace the current teeth with something slighly more meaty thay would be abe to do it for alot less than buying from up country . and you will be back chipping sooner too

Do I have to explain everthing!

 

You buy flat bar for another job that already factors in the cost of the said bar plus a bit extra which is then left kicking around the yard. You use the extra left over bar to make your roller knives up!

 

Jeez I thought that was SO obvious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
