Hi all,

What would you say my komet dragonfly is worth as i`d like to sell it and get myself a petzl .

Its nearly two years old and has just had a brand new bridge fitted (old bridge sheath had the little plastic bits on ends come off),its in excellent condition and honestly hasn`t been used much.

I could email pics if you give me your email add.

Thanks for reading

I think you should keep it as a spare.

I'm not trying to lose you a sale but I don't think any climber should buy second hand kit, not when it your life on the line.

Has it taken a fall? has it been stored near fuel/oil? why's it got a new bridge? has it been used as a sex swing??

Kit should be a very personal thing, like your toothbrush.

Have a splendid weekend! :thumbup1:

Ha Ha sex swing that made me laugh ! ( i wish ) !

When you say has it taken a fall , do you mean with me in it ? or do you mean have i dropped it on a concrete floor ? either way its no to both.

As for storage it has been kept in a holdall in the cupboard under my stairs along with the ironing board coats shoes and hoover , o and the wife when i put her away !

I probably will keep it as a spare but i already have a spare and this one hasn`t been used much.

Also i did explain that the bridge was replaced due to the other bridge had the shrinkwrap which protects the sheath had come off, this probably didn`t need doing but done it anyway as the bridge was less than £20 and i like to keep my kit in tip top condition.

I dont need to sell it i was merely asking whats it worth :001_smile:
