My first ebay nightmare!

Just a quick therapeutic rant! put some brand spanking mud terrains on the bay,clear description,2 kumho kl71,2 camac terra,all same size,similar pattern,winning bidder contacts and says "just read description properly and not what i want" no worries,sent second offer to A N OTHER and he bought them,tonight i have been left bad feedback by winning non-paying bidder! how can you leave bad feedback for something you aint bought or payed for?!!!

best you can do is contact ebay, and also leave a response to the bad feedback so anyone looking can see you were not at fault.

leave him rubbish feedback (you can only do this by leaving positive feedback unfortunately)

 

should of sold them on here

Contact ebay and tell them the problem and include the email he sent you.

 

They might block his account from what he said.

feedback said item fake,not as described,total conman.i'm really offended.i should've stuck them on here,still will if the other guy don't collect

Tossers like this need dealing with. I finally got round to getting a ccj against the person that brought the bike but didn't make any payment. Will never get the money but makes me feel loads better.

 

I'd send him an email explaining that HE needs to get this feedback removed or you will be taking legal action against him, but only if you genuinely have the time to follow it through, otherwise complain to ebay, they'll sort it eventually.
