shame that there are no jobs around, i guess at this early stage one has to be open to moving to wherever the jobs are!

Try WCE Networks (The Utility Arb Company) i know that they have recently been awarded a big xxxmillion contract to do E-on and Railtrack work, lots of different opportunities, you may be required to do a DNO course or equivalent, but that only takes about a week.

There web address is wce-network-services.co.uk:001_cool:

So how does an MSC help open doors?

I'm about a year year into a BSc in Env Managment(OU), and doing the Arb & Env Conservation diplomas(why did they change it from the NVQ/C&G?) at the same time, hoping to get into contracting or grass roots stuff for the FC etc. Had my share of office work and I have to say itdoesnt suit me, so I'm aiming t be out and about as much as possible.

I was looking at the MSc/ PGDip at bangor but I was'nt sure if it would offer any value for money, seeing as I want to be more practical than managerial, if that makes sense.
