Wire burshed the entire underneath of my tipper body and chassis on the transit, and the rear panel with lights etc. Waited for my mate tot get home from work picked him up. Thenwe measured up and cut to the steel sheet to size and riveted it to the steel frame we welded onto the body at the weekend, the van is starting to look like something, finally! and for once managed to carry out work on the van without abuse from OAP neighbours :D

Left the house at 7am to be at my desk for 7.30am - I do finance and admin for a seafood company three days a week. Finished at 3.30pm and after a quick change and a mad dash across the county, had a pleasant hour with the chainsaw clearing some trees someone else had taken down. Loaded them on to my mates trailer and hauled them over to my storage yard. Then home for 7.30pm and luckily tea was nearly on the plate. A long day but a good 'un.Oh, and my new shotgun certificate arrived in the post and there is still three weeks until the old one expires - well done Northumbria Police.:thumbup1:
