Took a row of lomardies down next to a building site.

 

Had 2 dumpy bags worth of wall tie nests!

 

Destroyed the blades on the chipper that day:thumbdown:

 

:001_huh: You need some better staff!!!

 

Even normal nests have mud in them, so we don't chip them.

Quirte right, btw I think doves and wood pigeons build equally crap nests. Magpies on the other hand... we took one out the other day, I'll bet it weighed 5 stone!

Magpie nests are pretty impressive! they often use old nests and add to them, they create a nest so that it has protection from attack from above. Barbed wire would be the ultimate nest defence!!

Lol they didnt chip the nests.

 

The trees were covered in wall ties were they had fallen out of the nests. Although they and me(I dont mind taking the blame pooh happens as they say) tried to keep an eye out we couldnt see everyone so the odd few ended up going through!
