Use one of those log crosscut benches myself,great for small stuff.

My god that was a cold day!! Leyland 272 with a McConnel Logmate bench. Case 110 & quickie loader (not mine unfortunately!!) Girlfriend on the axe Will try find a few pics from my other wood yard, different kit there.

Merlo loader, if i have deliveries in the village i'll often use the loader just that bit easier to unload!! And the boss keeps a watchful eye over procedings!!

Think it was a great investment. Saves a lot of bending down and make cross cutting easy on small stuff doesn't it:thumbup:

Proper man's trailer that! Love the old Major too. Used to have a 1950s Whitlock digger built around one of those.
