Only kiddin' mate......130 is my best this year. Four reps on my own with two more on top with the aid of a spotter.

thats a good weight Mick great stuff , my biggest sticking point is my legs , when it comes to squatting a can squatt 145 @5x5 but no matter what i try i can not seem to get past 145 , i know that being 6foot3 squatts are not the easyest but it still really frustraits me

Squatting body weight and a half would be good enough for me Dave, you'll end up with legs like Tom Platz!

 

Forgotten how good dips are!

ha ha i must admit it can prove rather awkward to train whilst trying to hold back a ripper !!! mind you one of the lads in the gym is on the gear nd he smell like he is rotting from the inside -out

 

He probably is!
