lightweight waterproof

This sounds like a lot to ask but we are after a lightweight, hi vis waterproof jacket that is breathable enough to wear over a polo shirt in the summer. I know the stein evolution is out there but the reflective strips don't look substantial enough to use on a highway or am I wrong?

Cheap would be a good thing too!

patagonia/ TNF or arcteryx, take your pic,, if you want cheap then sprayway, karrimor, millets.

personally recommend patagonia as they're greener than most,, my down jacket is made entirely from recycled water bottles..

A cheapish north face jacket from a camping store will be best, they do them in red and other bright colours. Good quality and breathability but good on price too. Resolve jkt i think they are called. They sell them direct on the north face website too. Go goretex if you have more cash...
