does any one here have experiance of the chain brake coming partially on while in use.My saw started to do this over the weekend . Ive cleaned the side panel and brake band an it has made no difference.it was getting far to hot even had a bit of smoke at one point. or if its easier does any one have a complete working side panel with brake all attached. my local dealer showed me the parts list and every part is a seperate item

Have a look at the aluminium piece that looks like a dogs bone ! (best way i can describe it :) sometimes these crack and can cause probs with the chain brake.

Its underneath the white plastic cover that is held in by 2 or 3 screws.
