Ian, this is a very quick botch job in photoshop - to do it properly would take hours of painstakingly lassooing the image to cut out the background and trace round the shape. There are lots of fiddly bits to go around.

 

If you are working in Photoshop, the magnetic lassoo tool is the one you need to work with - almost pixel by pixel to get a smooth outline. If you need any further instructions, let me know. (Sorry I don't have time to do it for you :))

Cheers for the point in the direction i'll do it in the evenings so im not worried about doing it its just how to pointers, thanks again:thumbup:
