its either fill the street up with all that stuff and cause major congestion and a bit of risk to pedestrians or put it there, this time next week it will all be swept up and lovely i bet, maybe the trees will have a few scuffs but they are city trees stuck in a crap situation anyway chocked with car and truck fumes all day.
