Sorry about the crane tc it was only on arb talk 20 minutes and it was love at first sight. If you live in a chalk water area really give the rad a close look before it kills your engine. Things may have calmed down due to colder weather. Those infa red do das are good we use them but give inaccurate results unless the surface is black. I sometimes paint the area black. When you are running up to temp check the temp around the bottom hose and top hose there should be a difference of 5-10 deg c

Truck is running great so rad issues resolved. Yep that trailer was nice, still looking on the sly for another and may have found one near by. Now, chips everywhere, yes I really need a roof for the box. Any suggestions? Make one, buy one, ply or metal?

i have the same problem with chips going everywhere , i have decided to use 3.5 mm ally for the roof so that its durable to stand on , also when fitting it i would advse rivetting it down by before you rivet it i would spread some sikaflex along all of the steel work that the roof is fitting too , this way you bond the roof to the frame work thus reducing noise and rattle from the roof when driving or chipping . then simply finnish with a good few rivets .
