Well Paid work... Where is it???

Not difficult to see that you can pay a lot more bills with £50 than bugger all. It's hard times at the moment and personally, having been made redundant last year from a job that paid £35k, I'm happy to be earning half that because it keeps my head above water. Pride is good in its place but cutting your nose off to spite your face can be a very expensive past-time. :001_smile:

I have 11yrs Exp as a climber and 8yrs Exp as a team leader, I have worked for Utility companys, Railway companys, Highways, I have 5yrs Exp working for smaller companys doing domestic work for individual customers, I have a vast knowledge of arboriculture and I CAN NOT FIND WORK ANYWHERE..

I am willing to re-locate anywhere in the UK and even abroad to find a well paid job. I have contacted a few companys down south and even they dont want to pay well..

Seems most of the companys out there are looking for young, freshly trained climbers who will work for peanuts to get their foot in the door... I CANT AND WONT WORK FOR A LOW WAGE.

I am getting nowhere, im getting fed-up of trying and am now considering learning a new trade which I really dont want to do because I love working with trees and because its something im really good at..can anybody PLEASE steer me in the right direction to find a well paid job...

OR,, if you are an employer who pays well, Give me the opportunity to show you my ability, I will travel anywhere in the UK to one of your site's, I will do a full days work trial for you for FREE... You will not be disapointed..

keep the faith kiddo, if you REALLY mean it, if YOU REALLY want it and your prepaired to stick at it and ignore the nockbacks, like water off a ducks back, your time will come, take it from a man who has tried, tried again, tried once more, almost broken, then tried again, and found through shear tenancity what he was looking for.

Your in the right place, with the right people, show your passion and enthusiasm through this site and that oportunity will present itself, that I promise you.

you get out of this forum what you put into it, and there is much to be gotten out of it, but you have to be willing to see it and give as much as you take.:thumbup1:
