I bought some a good while ago to make prussik loops out of but was considering splicing a bit of it but I cant remember what it is, therefore dont known which type of splicing to do.

 

Any help mucho apreciato.

 

I also have some yellow and black stuff but I think thats marlow double braid.

The Yellow and Black will be Marlow Boa not sure what the one in the pic is at the moment but I'm working on it.

Looks like beal 10.5mm sport climbing rope?

The one in the Pic is Marlow Double Braid. Rich has just spliced it so may be able to help.

nice and easy and very forgiving to splice

makes lovely tool strops

I had loads and have given most away to folk wanting to learn splicing as it,s very soft and forgiving:blushing:

There both double braids and both easy to splice. As bob says,very forgiving(cheers for the rope bob! haha)

You want to do a class one double braid splice on them both mate.
