yeh i know,,, but old medicine has alot to say these days..i've been in the sun most of my life, have been taking aloe asa drink since i was little, and used it on burns etc too, i have a large plant that i extract the jelly from,, I'm very rarely ill,

Dont talk to me about the plants. My mum gave the Mrs one of her plants. As i'm sure you know, if you keep potting up the shoots that come out of the base, you end up with an awful lot of them, very quickly.:lol:

I know about that mate!! Hence why there are now about 15 of the little blighters on my kitchin window haha!!

Quick tip for ya, they are succulents so like living in very dry conditions. I have found that if you 'accidentaly' water them every day, they quickly start to look rough and said mrs no longer wants them in the house:thumbup1:

you could always just cut the leaves off, get the jelly out and use it/........:thumbup1:

 

Do you not find when you cut bits off, the ends go brown and it looks awful anyway? We best stop this conversation soon, we sound like a right couple of old women:lol: Besides, Tony will be along soon moaning at me for killing stuff:lol:
