Having read this I have to say I find it very vague! I know it's early days for research, but this paper does little to help distinguish from phytopthora or chronic oak decline. Will certainly keep my eyes peeled for symptoms but there is obviously more research to be done here.

Thanks for posting this very interesting. I have lots of oaks showing these signs and a wood near me had the Agrilas beetle and it killed all the oaks.

Maybe we could use this thread to post pictures of our sick oak trees to help in the research:thumbup:
