Hand rearing 5 finch that fell out of a hollow in a tree we felled last week, they are doing well and should be ready for their venture into the big bad world in a few days

 

 

 

Ya big nothern softie :biggrin:

 

 

 

Give john a bell, see if he's still got the contact at the press. Never know, you could make yourself a tanner or two :001_tongue:

we hand reared 2 squirrels i was choggin down a tree n killed the mother n couple of the babys by an accident, so took the two remaining home (eyes closed and no fur) found the formula on the internet what to feed them then fed them with a teet on something similar to a syringe, they were great fun they used to tease the parrot, nick its nuts then leg it while the parrot chased them then theyd sit on 1 of our shoulders eating the nut knowing the parrot wouldnt come near us
