Just a heads up i work for the local council and whilst stopped at some red lights on the birmingham new road at 2pm, i saw someone in my mirror messing with the back of our 7.5ton truck,

me and my colleague jumped out and checked what was happening and our chippers electrics and tearaway cable was undone, luckily the chipper had a lock on the hitch. the 3 jippo's were in a swb transit panel van and said they was seeing if we had any logs on the back.

cant believe the the cheeky bastards had the balls to do it as there was loads of traffic about.

they have no fear if they get caught cant see the police going down ham lane to get it back

im ok they wont touch my chipper now ive got a transit they will think im one of them lol

we had 2 chippers nicked about 2 years ago from our lister rd depo. luckily they had trackers on and were found on a bit of waste land at the side of a jippo site in cosley (batmans hill rd cosley if anyone ever has anything go missing) hiding behind a Arctic trailer

wish the light changed 10 secs earlier as i didn't have a clue they were there and would of loved to road kill them with the chipper!
