I know but why start talking about money before you've shown what you're actually capable of.

Imo you should go in on a days trial, prove what you think you're worth then talk money at the end of it.

I've had far to many blokes say "I can do this and I can do that and I want x amount per day" but when it comes to the crunch they can't do half of what they say and tbh it gets right up my nose so from now on I tell em what I think they're worth at the end of the day and if they dont like it then tough, bugger off!!!

have to say this is the only industry where it seems to be acceptable to do a days work then find out how much you're going to get paid after..

mick,,, any job advertised will show the salary,, wether it be bank manager or bin man,,,, it;s not unreasonable to have an idea of how much you'll be paid,,,

BUT i do also agree that it;'s acceptable, no needed to clarify what is expected to earn said money,,, (job description)... this is all normal mick...

by the way mick,, when are we going to arm wrestle..

I'm in Huddersfield woodpicker so I could commute but depends on start time/ what wage you're looking at - I've done work for a couple of guys off here and they can vouch for me that I am a hard worker and don't just talk a good game.
