That is a very astute description of my bosses nightmare!

 

as for my boss, well would you not cut a gifted arb some slack like that if you was getting his skills for a climbers wage!

That kind of comment is what makes all this worthwhile, thats all i want, just for people to be inspired motivated or just to think about just how great it is to be an arb.
