Stick to powder... greese and WD leave residue.. if there really sticky give them a wash (fairly liquid in warm water) allow to dry completely then reapply some graphite powder..

 

Make sure its not damage or ware that is causing the Krab to stick.... retire if in doubt £15.00 is not much for piece of mind...

i find a blast from an air line effective in cleaning out the crud before you put your lube in:thumbup:

 

thats a method i use in a few situations :laugh1::blushing:

 

instead of WD to clean out, i use aerosol parts cleaner, it evaporates beacuse its meant to clean brakes aswell, its good for cleaning saws down too as it loosens the grease and build up on intricate parts

Cheers guys. As a temporary fix I worked it for a while under water, left to dry and then used a tiny squirt of WD as it was all I had to hand. I will have to get some of that graphite powder! Any particular cheap/good places to get it?
