I saw that video also, shame they play the music over it as it would be good to hear the engine/stress control etc!

 

750 kg isnt really a problem for me but a few of the boys cant tow anything over that.

I have tried to push a bc1000xl up a drive before and that was amusing so sometimes light chippers are good!!!!

I wish I had done a vid of it with some horse chestnut at Stockport, it was bloody awesome! I'll see what I can do................

 

Yes please Pete, as you know im happy with my 220 but i would love to see the quad chip in action.

We had the BC 160 out on demo a few months ago and to be honest we were not all that impressed by it. The machine itself is very well built but to keep the weight down and make it a turn table they put a 25hp engine in it. This struggles as the video shows in some conifer. The infeed is 7.5 inches which is great for forks etc but the thicker wood kills it!! I have just tried the bc200 which is brilliant!
