Why is the pay so low??

Not all the time, Ive had climbers laughing there balls off because they've had it easier up the tree on certain jobs, Then other times ive done the same to the climber when the climbs harder, Swings and roundabouts.

 

and a good climber can make a groundies life easier, just like a good groundie can make a climbers life easier, swings and roundabouts and team work

Most i work with do mate, I subby to 4 different companys on a regular basis, All of which have 2 GOOD climbers that share the climbing.
