glucosamine sulphate and cod liver oil.. i feel like a teenager... don't mess around with 500mg gluc though, go straight for 1000mg

 

Cheers buddy I'll give it a try, things are definately abit more creeky these days, still gonna count backward through the years tho:biggrin:

:lol::lol: it was actually on a self build for an old boss up in the highlands, beautiful house, i was peeling back the skins on telegraph poles for the walls,, slipped and went straight through..

 

the old git accused me of doing it on purpose /..

An axe in the knee cap, thats not something anyone is going to do to themselves on purpose. Makes we shiver just thinking about it.
