I have tried the Timberwolf, the Jensen is a Far better bit of kit.The Timberwolf is a pencil sharpener.

Mine has a better in feed a bigger engine etc etc...... Redwood are spot on to deal with.

In mine, and I use Jensen and TW every week, Jensen is ok, but backup is very poor. The Jensens have both been layed up for days and days waiting for parts. The performance of our TWs is at least as good as the Jensen equivelent models and the TW feed rollers seem to crush much better than Jensen. TW backup is everywhere and when we break the machines, which we do, they are usually going again next day.

We never had any trouble with Redwood shipped parts next day or fitter on site next day .

Everybody has different experiences of the same suppliers. I'm sure we have all had instances when we have had to let customers down or move dates due to kit breaking staff ill etc.
