but surely that will compromise suspension travel in the rough? leading to embarrasing loss of traction and funny videos to amuse you guys? my dads got a couple of donor discos, im off to see him next wk for the landy trial, might try one on for a while to see the difference

Yeah the 110 isnt fitted with rol bars as standard, even the hi-cap. Get down to the scrappy and grab the whole system off a disco- it fits straight on, and will make a huge difference.

 

If you're lucky you might find one on a station wagon defender as they were standard, but dont be tempted with the springs off one, they are softer!

loaded with chip, nearly all wet leylandii, before it settled i couldn't have put in an extra 1 piece of chip, my guess would be nearer 1.5t, certainly sunk more in the field today. all just a test of course, wouldnt do it everyday..:001_cool:

Looks realy good!

Have you got the anti roll bar on it?

Man after me own heart, love to see a good lock & chain on a chipper,makes sense!
