U will never break someones arm with an arm bar their shoulder pops out first in my experience of mma, missed the fights which was a shame but av got them recorded for when I get home hope it was a good show

Broke a competitors elbow from a arm bar durning a hapkido comp (he refused to tap so kept slowly applying pressure and CRACK), Also had a figure 4 lock on my ankle and screamed like a girl:blushing: whilst tapping the foor as quick as i could. As well being knocked out in 18seconds durning the same comp by a spinning hook kick.

Trained for years in many arts had a some mma fights had some grappling matches mostly brazilian jiu jitsu and no-gi submission wrestling also some boxing fights.

Win some lost some its all part of the game love the chess game aspect of martial arts and the respect of the traditional ways.

Follow the mma scene and have done for years its great

As mozza says its great to have a few mma fans on here :thumbup1:

Like this his arms make the number 4:001_cool:

These are the type of comps we do. Not like ufc but still good fun.

I've got a book on leg locks last year and found that most locks have about 100 diff names because if you change position its something else:lol: 1000pages for really 65 locks:001_tt2:
