Is your remit "a controversial Health and safety issue relating to our game" and then you've chosen rigging?

If so I'm sure you can come up with the goods. I can't think of a contraversial side to it though?

Well how about the fact it is under covvered in the typical RA that most of the gear avaliable wasnt origionaly designed for aRB, the recent RR688 document by treevolution and brudi partners?

that it is still one of the most accident causing elements of our game, with the highest forces and risks imposed especialy to the climber in the tree?

I agree with all that, but as you say its facts. You need a mojority to disagree to make it contraversial.

For example, abortion is a contraversial issue.

I don't see whats contraversial about rigging? Theres loads wrong with it, and loads of people doing it wrong (me most of the time) but wheres the contraversy?

I think you will find they are looking for something less in depth technical wise but with an indepth view of current legistrations and how it dose not work or could be seen to be wrong. biggest issue is generic or site specific we know it should be site specific but hea

lth safety do allow for generic.
