Too high aswell. You need the splitter at ground level (or an option for that) so that you can get 4 foot rings under it.

It may not need to get quit to ground level, if you have 1 foot rings and it will go to one foot (a fraction less than a foot) from ground level then you can slide each ring along one on the floor and under the splitter. Easier than sliding them along the ground anyway. MAybe it is better than I thought then. How much power??
