certs are deffinately gonna be an advantage but understandably cost is goin to be an issue. just dont give up, keep ringing round people. im not saying pester them but just let them know youre still about, you never know there be something now that wasnt available last time you tried. the fact youve got experience is great so express that and you might find someone willing to put you through your tickets, and dont be to proud to except a simple dragging job(it could get you a foot in the door!).:001_smile:

i had been trying for months with no luck but from posts and threads and persaverance i made some contacts here on arbtalk and now i have just secured a full time position.

dont give up, and good luck:thumbup1:

If your under 23 i think, Maybe 25, The job centre can help out massively with certs and stuff.

Have you rang/gone into the job centre and asked about help with your certs????

An old fashioned reaction from me I'm afraid; if your spelling and grammar is anything to go by no wonder no-one will employ you. You don't need to be a rocket scientist I know but your posts aint good.

I know a few lads who have gone to the job centre and got certs that way! Not personally what I could do but I am doing an ND so my tickets are all included in the course and the course is free as i started it when i was under 19 years of age. But the £3300 price tag to live in which was a must was hefty!

And then after that the price of kit is expensive as well, get a normal job save up the money and then look into doing then you have the right to say you've ern't it yourself mate!

Got no help from my parents and none from the state was hardwork but i knew this is what i want to do!

keep looking pal!
